Refund & Return Policy — TRTF Studios

TRTF Studios releases products in limited quantities, with many pieces produced to order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All TRTF Studios products are final sale. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed, due to our pieces being extremely limited.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS (LIMITED EXCEPTION)

A replacement or refund may be considered only if:

  • The item received is materially defective, or

  • The incorrect item was sent due to a fulfillment error by TRTF Studios

To be eligible:

  • You must contact trtfstudios@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must include your order number and clear photographic evidence

Claims submitted after this timeframe may be denied.
